Free Used Oil & Oil Filter Recycling Event in Balboa Park | October 8, 2016

Free Event in San Diego Recycle Oil, FiltersFree Event in San Diego – Recycle Oil, Filters, and more!

“Take the last step, recycle the last drop!”

The City of San Diego Environmental Services Department is hosting a Free Event Saturday, October 8, 2016 9:00AM – 1:00PM in Balboa Park at the corner of Park Blvd and President’s Way (see map below) to recycle the following items:

  • Motor Oil
  • Antifreeze
  • Auto Batteries
  • Oil Filters
  • Fluorescent Bulbs/Tubes
  • Household Batteries

At this event you may bring a used oil filter, and receive a FREE Oil filter bag and red shop towel (while supplies last)!

Did you know: Oil filters can hold up to 10 ounces of used motor oil, even after draining.
