John is originally from New Rochelle, New York in suburban New York City. He grew up in the restaurant industry with his parents back in the 1970’s. Providing the best customer service experience has always been his calling since day one.
John visited San Diego on vacation for the first time in 1999 and immediately fell in love. After numerous subsequent visits, John was finally able to call San Diego home.
In 2005, he took the plunge into real estate and became a licensed REALTOR®. Several years prior he had purchased his first home in San Diego, a condo in Hillcrest. Real estate has always been a passion for John and with a background in customer service, John intuitively knew real estate was his calling. There is no better joy or privilege than guiding clients through the purchase or sale of a home.
In the 18 years since becoming a REALTOR®, John has never looked back. He has gained years of experience helping navigate clients through the ever-changing real estate market.
John treats his clients with respect, is detail orientated, and provides straightforward advice. Many of his new clients are either repeat business or referrals from previous clients. His passion for helping people achieve their real estate goals has often resulted in lifelong friends who are an essential part of his extended family. He takes pride in staying up-to-date over the years with the events in his client’s lives. From job changes, to growing kids, or new pets, John’s relationship with his clients does not just end with the close of escrow.
John has survived many upturns and downturns in the real estate market, including the Great Recession and Covid-19. By being successful in all market conditions, these experiences give him a significant edge over many other REALTORS®.
For nearly 15 years, he has held a “Risk Management Specialist Designation,” which provides an extra layer of protection for his clients. This designation helps identify potential pitfalls, red-flags, & other risks for clients to avoid. By understanding industry best practices, staying up to date with market conditions, and proper use of the ever-changing real estate forms, he sets himself apart from other REALTORS®. John always has your back.
