Kristen brings to her work in real estate, knowledge culminated from a diverse background of experience. Having a decade of experience in the restaurant industry, she knows what it means to provide excellent customer service.
Her interest in real estate initially began with purchasing, renovating, then selling two homes in Denver, Colorado. That experience has carried through to her interest today in investment properties, rentals, and recognizing investment opportunities.
In the past, she has also worked in property management, and so she understands the benefits of home ownership. One aspect of real estate that is especially exciting and rewarding to Kristen is helping first-time buyers in the process of purchasing their first home. It is a big step for most people, and one in which Kristen is happy to serve as a guide and ally through the process.
Kristen was elected as Treasurer of the Oak Park Community Council in August of 2015. She’s a resident of the neighborhood and has become a specialist in the area. She loves being a part of the community by supporting events such as the newly established Farmer’s Market, walks around Chollas Lake, and bettering the neighborhood through clean up initiatives.
